Organize Prioritize Act!

The ability to organize, prioritize, and act is a key component to success in any en devour, particularly in business. Strategic management plays a major role in the success of any business venture. Bring that importance of planning and acting upon those plans, to family or school and it could propel you to new heights.

To that end, we have developed a three step planning management process called just that, Organize, Prioritize, Act!. This process will give you a true picture of where your time is best spent and set us into action!

OPA helps you identify what is really important and act upon it. Applying OPA to each area will give you greater clarity and set you on a clear path of action. Get ready to be empowered!

Let’s start by making a list of all the items in the specific area where you are looking. Make sure it is a complete list, from top to bottom, include everything. Are you trying to just organize email, or home, school, work , or money? Whatever the case may be....write down everything!

Next, prioritize your list from most important to least important. Number them with the most important being #1, second most important #2 etc. Number them all the way down to the bottom. If you have 100 items, make sure you number them all. This, more than anything else, will create your road map to success

Now act! Whatever the list may be comprised of, act to make sure that you allocate your time according to how you prioritized the item on your list. Stick to it. Spend your time on the most important items or functions.

It really is that simple and that powerful. Don't let the simplicity fool you. The process is very powerful because it acts as a call to action. Many plans have been rendered useless due to a lack of action. This plan puts it into place. Try it today.
